This Blue is Different: It Comes with Rouge and Pewter

Each time one comes to me,

they would always be wearing a blue cloth,

but this blue is different.

It comes with rouge.

A dominant and romantic kind of red...

A charming smile, curating that glowing pair of eyes...

First the raspy voice, then comes the masquerading formal handshake...

and then, a friendly hug,

and finally, a secret, passionate strokes along our backs...

From the left to the right...

I glazed my cheeks on the neck, and I whiffed those desirable notes;

a balance of musky, rosy notes on the classic and gentle sunbathed skin.

My heart started pumping in intrigue,

I knew it then, that this blue comes with a spicy kind of rouge...

We walked along the short flights in an attempt to make it longer

while we grasped our loved handles with such tenderness.

How I wish I could brush my fingers through those pewter strands,

and run my palms on those bathed skins

But I know...

that even when the cold mountains tend to block the vision,

the tempting heat would always find its way to melt the way.

Especially when the blue is so dark

that it highlights the need for the red to be cherished differently;

with passion, in tenderness...

in warmth, through hunger...

with sincerity and faith...

eternally, in silence and secrecy...

Love,

Qadeem
